A ESMERALDA E A CASA BRANCA

The first building is characterized by an emerald-colored façade with highly elaborate cladding. It consists of eight levels (-1 to GF +6). The superstructure is made up of prefabricated columns and beams, where REIVION played an active role in the installation. Prefabricated slabs and walls complete the structure. The construction was a great challenge due to the delivery deadline—only 15 months.

Slightly smaller than the first, the second building is white, covered with architectural concrete pieces in the shape of a lotus. Also consisting of eight levels, its structure is composed of cast-in-place concrete columns and slabs.

ILOT A3

The Îlot A3 is part of the large-scale "Îlot A" project, which consists of four blocks in Gasperich (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

Built over nine levels—seven floors and two basements with parking and storage units—Îlot A3 consists of six separate buildings that house a total of 251 apartments over a total area of 5,800 m², with an infrastructure area of 11,200 m² and a superstructure area of 20,140 m².

Îlot A3 stands out from the other blocks due to some of its architectural details, such as the ventilated façades that we executed in Moca Creme stone.

CLOCHE D´OR

A 240,000 m² complex, including a shopping center with 140 stores, a parking lot with 2,850 spaces, and two residential buildings with 246 apartments. Reivion actively participated in this project from its foundations to the installation of furniture.

MOONAR

This complex of five buildings, constructed in 1988 and later renamed "Moonar," is located in Senningerberg, near Luxembourg Airport. The goal of this renovation project is to upgrade the entire site, including not only offices (20,000 m²) but also parking areas (25,000 m²) and green spaces (16,000 m²).

REIVION designed and installed various unique furniture pieces in this project, helping to optimize spaces and create inviting environments.

Aqualibi is a water park located in Belgium, within the Walibi Belgium complex, offering various water attractions for all ages.

Reivion was involved in the last two major renovations and was responsible for executing all the reinforced concrete elements.

HOTEL INTERCONTINENTAL PARIS LE GRAND

The Grand Hotel is one of the most iconic hotels in the French capital.

The building underwent a complete renovation in two phases, with an interior design project by the renowned decorator Pierre Yves Rochon.

Reivion is proud to have participated in this highly complex project and to have actively contributed to the restoration of a Parisian landmark by installing the carpentry and custom furniture.

PARIS COURT

The new Paris Court, designed by the renowned architectural firm Renzo Piano Building Works, is the largest real estate project in recent years in the French capital. Its construction stems from the need to centralize the independence of the different Parisian courts in a single building, making it the largest institutional justice complex in Europe.

The building stands at a total height of 160 meters, with more than 42 floors of offices, courtrooms, and various service areas, including terraces where over 500 trees will be planted.

Reivion is proud to have contributed to the installation of over 4,000m² of acoustic panels, grooved and micro-perforated panels, and false ceilings. The rigorous selection of Natural Beech veneer to achieve a uniform aesthetic result throughout the complex and the large volume of panels to be applied in a short period of time made this project a very ambitious challenge for Reivion.

BERGEN AIRPORT

Bergen Airport, the second-largest airport in Norway, now has a new terminal covering more than 63,000 m². The Terminal 3 project, designed by Nordic Architects, includes several commercial areas, an arrivals and departures section, and a dedicated cargo area.

Reivion completed the installation of 50,000 m² of wooden and aluminum slatted ceilings both inside and outside the terminal. Additionally, we installed a significant amount of cladding and acoustic panels in the common areas of the project.

We are very pleased with the work completed and proud to have contributed to a project of such magnitude.

SAINT-DENIS PLEYEL STATION

At Reivion, we are proud to have contributed to the impressive Saint-Denis Pleyel metro station project, designed by architect Kengo Kuma Associates, and part of the main expansion of the Grand Paris Express.

Our expertise allowed us to install over 11,000 m² of acoustic ceilings with approximately 32 km of fireproof-designed spruce slats. A large-scale project, part of the new urban restructuring of Paris for the 2024 Olympic Games.

CARLTON HOTEL CANNES

The Carlton Hotel in Cannes, a Renaissance gem in the heart of the French Riviera, was inaugurated in March 2023 after a complete renovation. This elegant establishment was transformed by interior designer Tristan Auer and now operates under the Regent brand.

Reivion is proud to have contributed to the installation of carpentry and furniture in this iconic project.

HOTEL DE CRILLON

The Hotel de Crillon, the iconic palace on Place de la Concorde in Paris, underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2017, with a complete rehabilitation. This building, classified as a historical monument, is rich in history and required great precision in the working methods to achieve flawless quality in the installation of cladding, doors, and frames. Another task that Reivion carried out in all the rooms was the installation of furniture.

KMH ESTOCOLMO

For the renovation of the new headquarters of the Royal College of Music, blending sophistication and elegance in the historic center of the capital, a prestigious institution that awards the Polar Music Prize, considered the Nobel of classical music, is further strengthened.

Reivion installed over 5,000 m² of acoustic panels in the common areas of the complex, in addition to installing wooden acoustic cladding in the other 150 rehearsal rooms.

WORLD EXPLORER

Distinctive and comfortable, refined and spacious – these attributes and more describe the World Explorer. Not only is it one of the fastest ships, but it is also one of our finest, with six levels of luxury accommodations.

This is another ship that benefited from Reivion's workforce during its production, particularly in the installation of carpentry and interior finishes.

SYMPHONY OF THE SEAS

Built in 2018 to be the largest cruise ship in the world.

The Symphony of the Seas has a gross tonnage of 228,000 tons, is 362 meters long, 66 meters wide, and has the capacity to accommodate 5,518 passengers (in double occupancy), with a maximum capacity of 6,680.

Reivion had the privilege of participating in its construction, even taking part in the inaugural voyage to ensure everything was working perfectly.
